NBF Help Center Design
Featured here is the final working design for National Business Furniture's Help Center solution. My workflow for the project consisted of meeting with business stakeholders, researching comparable website experiences, leaning on UX/UI best practices, project management of development tickets and providing feedback during development demo sessions. Overall, I delivered a much improved solution for users to locate answers to customer service questions. The Help Center features a search bar with type-ahead functionality, as well as curated links for specific types of customer service issues.
